Please review this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. It applies to all orders placed with us.

Our Shipping Service Levels

Dream XR offers two primary service levels for international shipping:

  1. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP - Recommended): For most countries and products, we offer an all-inclusive price. The price you pay at checkout includes the product, shipping, and all customs clearance, duties, and taxes. You will receive your order with no hidden fees or paperwork.
  2. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU - Select Products): For certain high-value products like our MR Headset and certain countries, we may offer a DDU option. This allows you to benefit from a lower retail price. With this option, Dream XR covers the cost of shipment to your country, but you, the customer, assume full responsibility for all customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes. You will be responsible for completing any required paperwork and settling these fees directly with your local customs authority upon the goods' arrival.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer a variety of shipping options. In some instances, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Please note that all shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Important Terms for Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Orders

By selecting the DDU shipping option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Customer Responsibility: You are the importer of record and are solely responsible for the successful customs clearance of your order in your country.
  • No Refund Policy: If the product is unable to clear customs for any reason (including but not limited to being rejected, denied, detained, confiscated, or returned to Dream XR), your purchase is non-refundable. Dream XR will not be liable for any costs incurred or the loss of the product due to failed customs clearance.
  • Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to ensure the product complies with your country's import laws and regulations.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We proudly offer shipping to the regions and countries in the above table. Please note, however, that free standard shipping is not available for international orders.

For orders where the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) option is selected, international deliveries are subject to specific rules, restrictions, and additional costs, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer, and we have no control over their imposition or amount. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the import laws and regulations of your country and to cover all applicable additional costs.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
